It's come to our attention that a number of sign up attempts to My Freecycle, particularly those using capital letters in
the username, have been silently rejected, leaving people to believe they are signed up when in fact, no account has been
created. If you did not receive an email with a temporary password shortly after signing it, you were more than likely
affected by this issue.
If you think you have been affected by this issue, please try to sign up again - if your
originalattempt was successful, you'll be told that your username or email address is already in use. If your original
attempt was not successful, a new account will be created and a temporary password sent to you by email.
